Can't fault the place. Food, service, and atmosphere are never anything but first class. Great value for money too. And the evening always ends with an ouzo on the house. Or two if I'm not driving. Yammas!

If I'm in the Eifel and have an appetite for Greek food, it has to be the Samos tavern in Schleiden. Good Greek food at reasonable prices. Sitting on the outside terrace by the Olef is very nice.

I can really agree with the many good reviews. So far I have always had friendly service and delicious food. The prices are perfectly okay for the taste. When it comes to the delivery service, I unfortunately have to agree with the others. They often take a little longer, but they still taste good 😊

Good food on the water. Not expensive. Had to wait a very long time for our order. They just forgot about us. Food arrived after more than an hour, drinks only afterwards !! Bill was wrong.

The main point is that the food (gyro plate) was delicious and served quickly. The price is still okay (€ 10.50). But: service by the owner only limited friendly (no thanks, please, enjoy your meal). Billing just like that, without receipt. Corona rules are not followed (data was not collected at any table and the owner consistently serves the tables without a mouth guard). Mineral water is served in the glass at the table (against mineral water regulation).

Zero stars, actually. Pay € 4.50 for a kebab and there is only tzazikki, kebab meat and onions on it. Such a mess. I am disappointed even though I wanted it to be complete. 😒 But in terms of taste. 👌

Lovely location overlooking a babbling brook. The staff were friendly and the prices fair. As for the food, we had a mixed platter entree (a portion shown on photo) and a pizza calzone that were very good. The Poseidon platter wasn't anything spectacular but wasn't bad either. We didn't have to wait long for our orders to be served and weren't rushed to leave as we were the only customers left pushing closing time. Do note you can't pay with debit cards but there is an ATM right around the corner. All in all a very pleasant experience.
